TiPSSSDC interface is a fully functioning two-way interface that certifies debts to the Wisconsin State Debt Collection (SDC). Using this sophisticated interface, Municipalities can increase revenue without paying enormous collection fees.

Features and functions include:

• Scans the database for citations meeting certification requirements.
• Sends thousands of debts in a matter of mere minutes.
• Automatically updates SDC when the debt is to be recalled.
• Automatically updates TiPSSCourts with files from SDC.
• Automatically compares the information in TiPSSCourts to the information in SDC to ensure the records remain in sync.

The following files are processed:

• Debt - sent to SDC to establish new debts or update existing debts.
• Response - received from SDC to accept the Municipality’s changes.
• Return Debt - received from DOR to close debts falling below the threshold, have been satisfied, or are deemed uncollectable.
• Posting Notification - received from DOR to post the payment offsets.
• Account Summary - received from DOR to match TiPSSSDC interface to TiPSSCourts records.
