The West Allis Municipal Court has been with the TiPSS since January 2011 and I have found nothing I would change. Everything in the old system was done manually - in TiPSS, you select what you want and it is done. From sending items to DOT, to partial payments that automatically update the citation, to being able to print envelopes to Attorneys and defendants at the touch of a button. I also love using tax intercept because I don’t have to do anything manual, which means there are no typos. What the City has collected from tax intercept has more than paid for the program and that is a great benefit at tax season. Finally, where can you go and get great customer service daily? TIPSS!! TiPSS give each person one on one attention and remember your name when you call them. Why would anyone want anything else?
